4th of July Weekend

4th of July weekend was a blast. Eric and I started it off by going to the Festival on Center Street with our friends Spencer and Sara on Saturday. We sat by the water balloon throwing game and just watched people get hit for hours. It was great.

Then we had dinner with the fam and it was time for...

This was our view of the stage. We were RIGHT in front of the stage...and across the football field. But it was the perfect view for the fireworks.

Carrie Underwood was the main attraction and the whole reason I wanted to go. I didn't even really know what Stadium of Fire entailed until I went. This was as good of a picture as I could get :( Sad. But still fun. Carrie Underwood has the most amazing voice ever and sounds just as perfect in person as she does on her CD. She has some real talent! But the true disappointment was not meeting the Osmond 2nd Generation in person.

Eric and I after it was all said and done.

My sister came into town for the weekend but Sunday was the only day we had time to see her and her family. The only thing we captured on camera was, yes you guessed it, Amora! She is growing up so fast and has quite the attitude. This is her fake smile.

She had a blast having Wendy bounce her on the ball. Oh how fun the simple things are to little kids.

She also liked the hideous hair bow I made. I'll have to make her some cute ones, and I'll need to make 2 so she'll actually have one for both sides of her pigtails.

On Monday we went to Park City and spent money. Well, I spent money and everyone else watched. The best 4th yet and I know it's just gonna keep getting better. Maybe one of these years I'll get to shoot off some fireworks.

I love it! We miss you already. Amora needs her Aunt "Seeya" to come for a visit before she moves to Kansas.
